Request a Refund for Spring Brewfest Tickets

  • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we must cancel the May 2 Washington Crossing Spring Brewfest. If you choose to request a refund, please consider making a donation to support the Friends.

    Not only is the brewfest one of Bucks County’s best events of the year, it’s also a very important fundraiser for the non-profit Friends of Washington Crossing Park. All money raised from the brewfest supports public and educational programs in the park, including our annual Christmas Day crossing reenactment and various programs for 50,000 visitors and 10,000 students per year.

  • We are working with a smaller than normal staff and appreciate your patience and attention to these guidelines:
    • We can’t issue a refund to anybody except the person who paid for the tickets.
    • Refunds can’t be processed in person, over the phone, or by replying to your ticket confirmation email.
    • Please don’t submit this form more than once. If 14 calendar days have passed and you still don’t see your refund, please contact us.
    • After you submit this form, you’ll get a copy of your refund request at the email address you provide. If you don’t see that email, check your Junk/Spam folder. If you still don’t see it after 24 hours, please submit the form again.
    • Refunds are all or nothing – we can’t refund half of your ticket purchase and keep the rest. If you’d like to contribute some of the cost of your ticket, please request a full refund and then use the Donate page to contribute.
    • Before submitting this form, please double-check to make sure your information is correct. Misspelled or inaccurate information will result in delays processing your refund.
