A student Fife and Drum Corps from Plymouth, Michigan, will perform on Monday, July 31, at 4 PM in the Colonial Village area of the park, near the intersection of Routes 32 (River Road) and 532. The Plymouth Fife and Drum Corps is made up of 40-50 students ranging from 12 to 18 years old. Their music spans the 17th to 20th centuries, emphasizing music played during the Revolutionary War to relay commands to soldiers, direct units, and provide marching rhythm.
