The Lorax and Our Trees - Washington Crossing Historic Park
Kids of all ages are invited to the General Greene pavilion on Sunday, October 8 to hear a reading of Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax. We’ll discuss how we can “speak for the trees” and practice conservation in our daily lives. Following the story, we’ll take a walk and learn to identify some of our local trees, as well as collect acorns and learn how you can plant them at home—like the last Truffula seed in the story.
