May 24 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The Friends of Washington Crossing Park (PA) and the historic Newtown Theatre are teaming up to present a free outdoor jazz concert on Saturday, May 24. The concert will be held on the banks of the Delaware River near the park’s visitor center. The Council Rock South Concert Jazz Band will be playing 5:30-6:00 PM, opening for the main event. The Triple T’s will take the stage from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Led by keyboardist and composer Keith Chasin, The Triple T’s are a cutting-edge jazz fusion trio known for their high-energy performances and genre-blending sound. Since forming in 2016, Chasin, along with drummer Jon Tomaro and bassist Matt Campbell, has crafted a unique musical identity by merging original compositions with creative arrangements of pop favorites. Lauded by fans as “one of the few unique groups making unique music,” the trio brings a fresh voice to the modern jazz scene. Their 2017 self-released debut album, The Session Vol. 1, highlights the group’s synergy and bold musical storytelling. With past performances reaching audiences from their home base to St. Louis, The Triple T’s are set to bring their signature sound to Jazz Concert on the Riverbank 2025—a must-see for fans of jazz innovation.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own picnic dinner, chairs, and blankets. Alcohol is not permitted in the state park. Four-legged friends are welcome but must be leashed and under control at all times.
