Open Public Sap Boils

Stop into the Greene Pavilion as we boil down the sap collected from our maple trees! This open boil will take you from tap to sap, demonstrating the process of making maple syrup!
Participants who join the fun will have the opportunity to learn how to:
-Identify and tap Maple tree species
-The history of maple sugar products
-Help Make maple syrup
-and the best of all, taste real maple syrup!

These programs may be limited due to space, weather, and environmental factors. Registration is not required for the open sap boils.
