Hiking is a great way to improve your physical and mental health. At 5:30 PM on October 6, join the park naturalist for a quick-paced 2.5-mile hike along park trails.
Prepare yourself by bringing a full water bottle, wearing sturdy shoes, and dressing for the weather.
