Join us as we take you from tap to sap, demonstrating the process of making maple syrup and maple sugar! Participants who join the fun will have the opportunity to learn the history of maple sugar products and how to:

• Identify and tap Maple tree species
• Make maple syrup and sugar
• Make a natural spile/tap
