Historic Village
The grounds are open from dawn to dusk for free self-guided tours. Tours are offered Wednesday through Sunday. Tickets are required.

Thompson-Neely House & Farmstead
Tours of the Thompson-Neely House & Farmstead are offered Wednesday, through Sunday. Tickets are required.

Bowman’s Hill Tower
Bowman’s Hill Tower is open from Wednesday through Sunday. Tickets are required.

Swimming, Tubing and Boating

Swimming and launching tubes is not allowed anywhere in Washington Crossing Historic Park.

Visitors may launch kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes if they have life jackets, appropriate safety gear, and correct permits. Permit agents can be found through the state’s Fish and Boat Commission website.

These water craft can be put into the river using the boat launch located on River Road, about a quarter mile north of the park’s Visitor Center on River Road. Learn more.
