Wrangle some of your family members or friends and accompany the park naturalist for some fun and education on the water! This entry-level kayaking course will cover safety, equipment, paddling technique, strokes, wet exits/entry and assisted rescues.

For the month of May, Kayaking Basics Classes are set for:

• Saturday, May 22, 10 AM to noon
• Saturday, May 29, 10 AM to noon

Participants must be 15 years or older. Participants may also bring their own kayak and gear.

Equipment and space are both limited! To register, please email park naturalist Matt Truesdale at mtruesdale@pa.gov. The meeting place will be provided upon registration.
