In 1824 the Marquis de Lafayette returned to America for a tour that reunited him with many of his fellow Revolutionary War veterans.  In September 1824, while en route to New York, he travelled through Bucks County – a place he’d been many times during the war.  To mark the bicentennial of his return military historian Colin Zimmerman will explore Lafayette’s legacy and the time he spent in Bucks County during the revolution.
