A short history lesson on the origin of Groundhog Day, also uncommonly known as Candlemas Day, will be shared before the hike begins. New year, new programs! 2024 marks an exciting year for the education team at WCHP as we take on the challenge of Maple Sugaring. Join us on Fridays in February as we take you from tap to sap, demonstrating the process of making maple syrup and maple sugar.
