New year, new programs! 2024 marks an exciting year for the education team at WCHP as we take on the challenge of Maple Sugaring. Join us on Fridays in February as we take you from tap to sap, demonstrating the process of making maple syrup and maple sugar. Participants who join the fun will have the opportunity to learn how to identify and tap Maple tree species, the history of maple sugar products, make maple syrup and sugar, make a natural spile/tap, and best of all, taste real maple syrup.
