Christmas Tree Ornament

Washington Crossing Historic Park’s 3D ornament features the iconic painting by Emanuel Leutze, a familiar symbol of the crossing that occurred on December 25, 1776.

The ornament is enamel and painted red, white, blue, and silver. It comes packaged in a blue velvet-lined box.

Cost: $19, plus tax

How to Purchase: Stop in to the park Visitor Center gift shop, open 7 days a week from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Byers’ Choice Figurines

Available exclusively at Washington Crossing Historic Park, these Byers’ Choice figurines are the perfect addition to your Christmas decorations. General Washington’s figurine features a younger Washington with auburn hair, clad in a woolen cloak and carrying a map of Trenton, NJ. The soldier figurine features a Marbleheader, one of the professional sailors from Marblehead, MA, who manned the boats that crossed the Delaware River.

Cost: Washington is $80 plus tax. Marbleheaders are $70 plus tax.

2019 Challenge Coin

Washington Crossing Historic Park’s 2019 Challenge Coin is available now!

The new coin features Brigadier General Hugh Mercer, who was mortally wounded during the Ten Crucial Days at the Battle of Princeton on January 3, 1777. The coin’s design is based on a pencil sketch drawn in 1781 by John Trumbull, who used Mercer’s son, Hugh Jr., as a model.

Cost: $17.76 (includes tax)

“Victory or Death” T-Shirts

Designed locally by Philip Marc Sons of Liberty, a design studio that uses iconic symbols from the American Revolution, these T-shirts feature the pass code Washington provided his sentries as they guarded the crossing of the Delaware River. Various sizes available.
