July Book Club: The Revolutionary World of a Free Black Man

In partnership with the Friends of Washington Crossing Park the next meeting of the Washington Crossing Historic Park Book Club is set for Monday, July 18, 2022 at 5:30 PM. This meeting will be held virtually using Zoom. Availability of this title is limited. The park gift shop is offering a 25% discount for the book to book club participants. Please contact the park for information.

Registration is required. To register, please visit the DCNR website. Zoom meeting details will be provided upon registration.

Museum curator Kimberly McCarty will lead a discussion of the book club’s next selection: The Revolutionary World of a Free Black Man: Jacob Francis, 1754-1836 by William L. Kidder. We will discuss “Author’s Note” – Chapter 6.

Book club meetings are free and open to all. Members should provide their own books.
