Due to popular demand, we’ve added a “pop-up” Maple Sugaring program which will be held Saturday, February 17 from 10:30am – 11:30am! Join us as we take you from tap to sap, demonstrating the process of making maple syrup and maple sugar. Participants who join the fun will have the opportunity to learn how to:
-Identify and tap maple tree species
-The history of maple sugar products
-Make maple syrup and sugar
-and the best of all, taste real maple syrup!
