Participants who join the fun will have the opportunity to learn the history of maple sugar products and how to: Identify and tap Maple tree species Make maple syrup and sugar Make a natural spile/tap Best of all, you'll get to taste real maple syrup! These programs may be limited due to space, weather, and environment factors.
