Remake Learning Days! Stream Discovery Day

May 19 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Let’s see what we can catch in the creek! Historic Pidcock Creek was and still is the main source of power for the historic Thompson-Neely Grist Mill. Grab your stream shoes and team up with the Park Naturalist for a morning of watershed education on Thursday, May 19 from 10 AM – noon!

Help identify the aquatic insects and other creatures that live within the creek. Nets will be provided, but you can bring your own! Water shoes/boots must be worn at all times. Some boots will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own. Registration for this program is required by emailing mtruesdale@pa.gov

This program is in partnership with Remake Learning Days. Remake Learning Days Across America is an innovative learning festival for families and youth!
