Stream Stomp

May 18 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Let’s see what we can catch in the creek! Historic Pidcock Creek was and still is the main source of power for the historic Thompson-Neely Grist Mill. Grab your stream shoes and team up with the Park Naturalist for a morning of watershed education! Help identify the aquatic insects and other creatures that live within the creek.

Nets will be provided, but you can bring your own! Water shoes/boots must be worn at all times. Boots can be available upon request, but participants are highly encouraged to bring their own old sneakers, water shoes, or boots.

To register and receive the meeting location for this program please email mtruesdale@pa.gov. This program is in participation with Remake Learning Days.
