Do you have a young nature lover in your family who’s curious to learn more about the natural environment? Join the Park Naturalist for a morning of growing up on the wild side! These programs are designed for toddlers ages 3-7 and build on children’s sense of wonder about nature, inviting them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Join us for a series of Living History programs that we will be conducting in the park on Fridays in April - June, and then Fridays and Saturdays in July - September. These programs will cover a variety of of topics surrounding the life of Soldiers and civilians during the American Revolution. Demonstrations will take place at 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30pm. Reenactors and demonstrators will discuss the topic/activity they are portraying while also providing context for how this would effect life during the American Revolution.

Let’s see what we can catch in the creek! Historic Pidcock Creek was and still is the main source of power for the historic Thompson-Neely Grist Mill. Jazz Concert on the Riverbank 2024

The Friends of Washington Crossing Park (PA) and the historic Newtown Theatre are teaming up for a third year to present a free outdoor jazz concert on Saturday, May 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The concert will be held on the banks of the Delaware River near the park’s visitor center. The featured jazz artist this year is Calli Graver. Graver’s love for jazz, classical and pop helped shape the genre-bending sound heard in her original music today. Join the celebration on Sunday, May 26 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm as we unveil the NEW Eliza Taylor Pollinator Garden at Washington Crossing Historic Park!  This program is in partnership with the local Girl Scouts, Troop 226.
